When changing channel selections online be sure to check that extra services have not been added your bill without your knowledge. My experience was that when I attempted to add a single channel to my plan I was instead added a whole package that had not requested. As many here may have already experienced, trying to get this corrected was a nightmare. Eventually had to cut and paste "Please do order as requested" over and over to the chat representative to move them to action. Went through 45 minutes of evasion and obstruction before getting to "how do we know it's really you ?", as though someone else would be contacting them to get an order sent online done correctly. Just absurd!!
