I tried to put this in the Ideas’ Section, but it’s an unsorted disaster.  There has to be a place to record the issues with Pik TV and ideas to fix them.  I have answered 4 customer surveys on Pik tv and nothing has changed, Ashe comments every time.  I will not answer another, The $100 Visa card isn’t worth it 


Pik TV has to be more intuitive, when you watch Episode 1 of a multi-season show it should queue up Episode 2 of the same season, not take you to Episode 1 of current season.  The number of clicks on the remote (which is plagued with issues) is ridiculous.
