I am also constantly getting this code and change channels to get back on!
Phoned Telus support and they don't have any idea what it is.
They said it might be the box, so they're sending a new one... I have my doubts! 😎

My understanding it happens when a scheduled stream ends...kind of annoying if you're watching playoff hockey and the game goes into OT.

Well with me it happens whenever, sometimes twice during a half hour show.

This has been an ongoing issue and I'm considering going back to my previous tv/internet provider. They were more expensive but dependable. This is ridiculous.

Hey i hope so !! And also are you aware that you cant remove channels properly online it says my whole pik tv will be removed now i have to call telus

It’s a backend issue, a new box won’t fix the issue. Telus has been trying to rectify the problem. I get the error once an a while when using it. Seems it has popped up in the last month.
