Cannot watch pik in browser error (LP1008)

I am having issues watching pik in browser. I am getting the error LP1008.

Is anyone successful in watching.

I am using windows 10. Both edge and chrome get the same error.

I’ve seen people randomly on the forums having this exact issue. Hopefully someone has some insight on this issue.

I hope so. When I got sold on pik tv, it is so promising.

Media Box,
+ Remote and user experience is good; Easy to use and Chromecast build in; ability to use apps.

- it stops every 3-5 mins with black screen for 1sec, kill the tv enjoyment.

Pik concepts
+ Great idea for people to log in and consume however they like on tablets, and phone. I can watch tv in private.

- does not work for old android phone with lollipop version of Android or iOS. It does not work with browser. This means I am limited on my phone only.

Really bad execution. At least ability to watch in browser would solve one problem even if I don't have the pik app in older version phones and tablets.

Thank you for trying.

I can log into media box fine and I can log into my account to select new channel.

I cannot login via browser.

That article did not help unless I am missing something here.

So this problem with browser is specifically happening to me?

Just to provide support to others.

I was able to solve the problem by contacting telus. They said it was a known issue. They need to reset or do something to your account in order to fix it.

It is working now.
