I have a new fibre connection into a new Telus wifi router through a new Apple 4K tv. The Piktv app does not recognize that I’m on the Telus home network. I’m unable to access certain channels that I’m paying for and looking for the solution. Seems to be an ongoing issue from way back and looking for recent information
