I'd like another in the bedroom as well as the one in the family room.
Also, I saw one for sale on Marketplace, was wondering if it would be 'locked' in some way?

You may be able to add an Apple TV to the mix, but two PikTV units likely would not work, as the devices are registered against your account. Remember, the PikTV service is meant for cord cutters who watch little TV.
