I started PIK on my pixel 2 running Android 10... The app said there was an update available & moved me to the play store. There I got a message saying the app isn't compatible with my device!
Any suggestions?

Get used to that. I have ZERO faith in Telus support or support for their development team. Just you watch they are going say it's your device. And that if you want watch pik on your phone then you will have to upgrade. Classic scam in this industry.....all Telus wants is more of your monthly $$$

I can't view with the existing app. I just get the message about the update and then it loads the app store.

Two weeks later and now the app doesn't even show in the app store.
What's going on?

I just checked my daughter's Pixel 2XL running Android 11. I see the app no problem.
Why aren't you on Android 11? It was available for the Pixel 2 several months ago.
