if I am already subscribed to SD and HD channels for NBC, ABC and CBS why can"t I watch Stephen Colber, Jimmy Kimmel or Jimmy Fallon without subscribing to a third version of these networks that does carry these shows? How much extra does it cost to subscribe to those channels? Why?

You can watch them on 131, 133, and 135, at 11:30 nightly. They ARE called Late Shows!

If you want to watch them at an earlier hour, then the ‘Time Shift’ option needs to be purchased, and you can then watch the Eastern Seaboard stations.
