help! Why when watching Optik Ondemand on my cell phone does the show start over again?

help! I'm trying to watch OnDemand programs but when I stop the show and come back later to finish watchimg, why does it make me start right from the beginning again? Honestly, most TV I watch is on-demand that I can't skip through or get back to where I last left off. If this keeps happening, there's no point in me continuing to to have Telus TV services!! This happens if I'm watching from my TV and also when watching Optik OnDemand from the app on my cell phone. This is so frustrating. Instead of 'resuming' where I last left off, it takes me to the beginning again. Especially when watching a 1 or 2 hour pm, this is ridiculous! Help!!!
