I'm so frustrated right now. Ordered the package from Telus that included the LG TV. It broke within 4 weeks of receiving it. A week earlier, and Telus would've replaced it.
The process to work with LG is a **bleep** nightmare. We'll probably be without a TV for close to a month by the time we jump through all the hoops for them to send us a new one.
I recognize this isn't really Telus' fault, but thought others should take this into consideration before signing up for a package based on the incentive of a free product.
