I noticed that while using the app I can watch channels such as the Price is Right Barker Era channel and the Classic Family Feud channel, that don’t even appear in the guide on my Optik TV box. How can I get these channels on my regular TV using the box?
I did check to make sure all channels are on my guide, not just channels to which I’m subscribed. I also tried to tune directly to the missing channels, but couldn’t.
What’s going on? How can I get those channels?

Also, I already reset the box.

You will be asked to list the channel numbers

My guess is that you're referring to channels 364 to 368. I went and checked the app, my old PVR and the new TelusTV+ set top box. While those channels do show up in the guide on the app and the new set top box, they don't appear to be added to the list of available channels / guide yet on the older boxes. If you manually type in the channel numbers on the remote, you can still access them on the old Optik set top boxes.

When I type 364 into the remote, it just takes me to 370.

Not sure what to tell you. When I enter 364, it will show the channel. I am using one of the ancient PVRs that I got in 2015 to test with. Which set top box do you have?

I believe I got my boxes in 2017.

If you are in the favorites guide and type 364 it will go to the next higher channel WHEN 364 is not chosen as a favorite. Switch to subscribed and then you can choose it

364 to 368 are included in subscribed channels online

Sorry, not sure what that means?

You can use your computer to access the TelusTV app and there it has channels 364-368, the ones being discussed.

Just an update on these channels: they're FAST channels, a new type of streaming channel which are free but are ad-supported. They are currently not available on the old set top boxes; they are only available on the newer TV+ boxes, the browser, and app.
