Video won’t play on iPad when using Optik app, audio works

The app works fine on my iPhone but the video won’t work on my iPad, any idea why the video won’t work on my iPad?

Uninstall the app. Reboot the iPad then reinstall the app from the app store. Report back and let me know if that worked.
