Which service do you have, Optik or Satellite?

 

What steps have you tried so far to address the issue?

 

Is there any error code on your TV?

 

Usually, restarting the various pieces of connected equipment is the first step.

Are you facing this problem regularly? If so I think it's better to change the internet service provider. I am using the internet connection of an ISP  in Toronto and such problems is very rare. They also offer high quality TV channels package, which also includes unlimited internet.
