Trouble deleting programs

Greetings,

After watching a program I try to delete it, but I get an error message saying "This program is being watched on another TV and cannot be deleted at this time." I don't have another TV.

If I try waiting for a while and then delete it, I get a different error message saying "This program could not be deleted as it may be playing on another digital box." I don't have another digital box.

If I keep trying, It might work after a few hours or days. Is there another way to delete a program?

I have a wired UIW8001 and a wireless VIP5602WT.

So you have 2 set top boxes, but only 1 TV. Can you describe your set-up?

The UIW8001 is plugged into the router, and I'm guessing the VIP5602WT connects wirelessly to it because it doesn't have a hard drive. The TV plugs into the VIP5602WT by HDMI.

So you have no possibility to connect the PVR to your TV?

There are certain tasks which need to happen on the PVR, and certain tasks which best happen on the PVR.

At the moment all I can suggest is to reboot the PVR, or try connecting a TV to it and trying from there.

The PVR is too far away to connect to the TV.

I tried rebooting the PVR but the issue persists.
