my Telus has 2 account.
One account for my parents place, and another one for my place
In the past I never have this problem.
After updating and log in, it defaults to my parents place account and I see all their recordings.
I want it to default to my account and not my parents so that I can see my recordings and not theirs.
Also the sign out/log off does not work. it keeps logging me in automatically.

What device are you watching Optik on? It may be the password cache that automatically logs you into your parent’s account.

its not that.
the problem is that i have 2 accounts under 1 email....never had an issue before until the change

Then it might be worth setting it up with a unique email. Telus has been moving to universal login across various services, which may mean you need a unique identifier for each individual’s accounts.
