Telus 50inch TV promotion

My gf and I wanted the the 50inch TV used for the promotion which was until march 31st. We *applied* over the Internet and received a confirmation #on March 31st. However, just today we finalized and went with the original upgrade. Now the promotion is only a 40inch tv, does Telus reserve the right to not give us a 50 inch and instead supply a 40inch?

if it wasn't finalized before the offer expired then I would say yes.  But define "finalized"

Do you have the name of a contact with Telus? If so, get a hold of them by phone or e-mail and make the request. We just signed up and the promotion offer changed during the process. The sales rep stood by the original offer even though it officially expired. They have some discretion on the deal.
