Is your phone line connected to the PVR?
There may also be a step needed at the central switch to interconnect the two services. A call to Telus would be needed to address this.

NFtoBC - only the satellite PVR has a phone line connection. You are correct that a quick call to Telus is needed to fix this. It's a simple programming change on their end.
