How can I downgrade my plan?

@Kimi if you have a plan that was no longer offered. You're required to call them, once adjusted to a newer package you can adjust it yourself online.

I was not able to downgrade my TV online. It only has options to upgrade (go figure). I waited on hold for over two hours with no callback option and finally got a human being to speak to.
