i just got home from the grocery store and there is a telus tech with a van repairing the copper just 4 houses up and he ad i look in to underground manhole and there fiber optic with one wire connect to a house, he said is might be the house i might be working on!! so wen will it be available? early 2016?

You've asked this many many times already. The answer is still the same. When it's available in the area, after all the testing etc is complete, then you can get it. There is no specific way to know exactly when.

The fiber line under ground may also be connected to the local Telus distribution box and there aren't any fiber lines running to a house. If you have buried lines in the area, getting fiber run will be a bigger challenge, up to and including running a new conduit (digging up your yard).
