Subscribed channels

I keep changing the guide to subscribed channels only and in a day or so it switches back to all channels. So every time I turn on each TV I have to fix this in the guide. This is a nuisance. Is there a way to keep it on subscribed channels only?

That's unusual. For me when I set it to Subscribed, it stays there.

Only option left I can think of is to call Telus.
