When I was convinced to change over to Telus for my internet and TV I wash assured that the service was way better than Shaw. I told my Telus Rep that the reason I wanted to leave Shaw was because I was so tired of not being able to set reminders with their old style digital box. After a great sales pitch and some new equipment I switched over - I started watching my new Telus channels only to find out that you have no way to set reminders for upcoming tv shows - that main reason I switched over. I am so very disappointed that I have been duped again and am locked in for 3 years !!!! I am also surprised that movies etc are not highlighted in some way for easier viewing in the guide. A new and sadly disappointed new customer....
