Pvr says offline and I unplugged modem and pvr box help pls :)

I checked the system settings too and it says disk status not present and disk usage n/a

Hi,

Do you have more then one digital box setup in your residence? If so, you would need to confirm that the actually PVR is being rebooted. You can confirm this by checking the model numbers on the boxes. Please locate the one that shows CIS430 and unplug the power cable for about 10 seconds to allow it to reboot.
