Our PVR won't delete a show when we attempt to. When we try to delete it, it merely says that it cannot delete it since another box may be displaying the show, although none of the other boxes are viewing the show. We have tried to delete the show on each of the boxes in the house but we keep getting the same notice. The box is constantly on 'record' for this show and is taking up one of our HD lines. We don't know how to delete this show and free up our HD line.
Have you turned off and restarted the PVR by unplugging it and restarting it? Else you could web search for "Telus PVR Hard Reset" and follow the information there. Final step would be to all Telus and see if they can resolve things from their end.
