PVR recordings incomplete

Past month or more, the PVR will record the first 10 or 20 minutes of a show, then stop (or won't play the rest if it did record). Last week it just recorded a black screen for 5 minutes. I have checked to make sure there aren't too many items recording at the same time. We have rebooted the box multiple times. Any suggestions? SUPER frustrating.

Hi there, more than likely I would suspect that is technical issue you may want to report to Tech Support. They can provide you with the appropriate instructions and ensure they are documented. I would suggest reaching out to TV support through chat at www.telus.com/chat.
