So i was trying to access my recordings and the system froze up and wouldn't respond. Screen was completely frozen, so I took the power cord out to reboot the system and when i turned it on it said 0 recordings. I waited 12 hrs then I rebooted it again, still no recordings. I had A LOT recorded, some of which isn't available on demand.
I like telus service, but really detest the buggy equipment. Is there any way to fix this.
