There isn't a Windows app out for Optik. Are you referring to the Optik website or are you trying to emulate Android apps on Windows?

If you are referring to the WatchOptik website there are definitely issues depending on the browser you use. I currently use Chrome and Firefox and Chrome has login issues. Also by default Flash is disabled so that needs to be configured to work. The website is being updated and hopefully will be available soon as Flash support goes away at the end of the year.
