Hello! My Optik on the Go app is not showing a play button when I try to watch Live TV on the main screen. Even when I click into a live tv show there is no play or record function.
Any ideas on this one, I tried reinstalling the app already and still the same.

What device are you trying to use the app on?

Try deleting and reinstalling the app and see if there is any change.

Optik on the Go was the name for the old version of the app. If you installed the latest version it should be called Optik TV

Hello thanks for the reply. Sorry the app is the Optik TV app, uninstalled it re-installed it. Signed in and still can't click play on any live TV and when I click on any live program there is no play button or record button at all.

Are you logging in with your My TELUS account or an Optik account?
Try login in on the browser version from a PC to check if the issue is with your account:
