Just Moved In
We have been having trouble w/pixelation and picture freezing for the past week on our second tv. We have followed all the suggestions outlined on the website, but nothing works., ready to throw the box out the window!

Try calling tech support. It's a much better solution and usually the first thing to do.

 

Odds are if it's just one box it could be a couple of things including a bad connection to the modem (more likely on coax connections or HPNA). Could be a box issue potentially also.
