I live in a Townhouse Complex. We were told, if we can get 40% of the residences to convert to fibre, we would get 25% off our bill for a year. We did, but I am not allowed. That sales pitch does not apply to retired BC Tel employees. We find that out after the conversion. If I knew that, I would not have stuck around to let the contractors in. The sales pitch was put on by Contractors, lying B....s.

Do you mean that you can't get the 25% off on top of whatever discount you are already receviing as a retired employee? It's normal that discounts are not stackable just about everywhere. Are you better off with the 25% or the retired employee discount?
