Optic box turns off

Our optic box turns off automatically after 3 hrs if we perform no action, very frustrating. Is this a default that can be turned off?

Hi,

This is an energy savings feature that is enabled in the box. We are not able to disable the feature, however, we can increase the time frame. You would need to reach out to our technical support department to assist with this change. They can be reached Online at: www.telus.com/chat or by calling 310-6988.
