Your rates appear to be continually increasing while your services appear to be continually deteriorating!  Many channels appear to be buffering more and more frequently, and some channels such as 811 (Fox News Channel) is continually being lost entirely - for HOURS at a time!  This was never a problem before, and is becoming more frustrating - if not infuriating - as time goes on!  Is there any reason for this, or any reason why it cannot be properly rectified?

Normally tech support can fix that fairly easily though there can be many causes. What did they say when you called them?
