Why does the Telus optic app on my iPad seldom work? Have down loaded the app more than once. It works at first and then no response. Seem impossible to get help from Telus without waiting on the phone for hours. No response when question asked online.

Delete the app, reboot the iPad. Redownload the app and enjoy. Good to reboot the iPad once and a while.

Thanks. I have done that and it works for a day or two and then won’t connect

You can always sign out and sign back in. I don’t have an issue on my iPad are you using iOS 14 yet?
