Requesting a new channel can be done to any CSR, who will then fill out a feedback form.
You can also reach Telus via the social medias, on twitter for example ( http://www.twitter.com/telus )
However, this is not something that happens within a few days, Marketing has to be involved, and agreements needs to be done between the channel (or it's parent company) and the Broadcasters (Telus, as well as our Source) and contracts needs to be signed.
