If it's not working via the Optik set top box, there could be a system issue. If it's not working through your smart TV, that's entirely separate.
Netflix on my STB is coming back with a message indicating the service is temporarily unavailable. I suspect it may be a network issue.
I tested on:
Set Top box: Failed
PC: "Unexpected error" Error: M2171 > https://help.netflix.com/en/node/27457
Galaxy S7: Failed
Something between Telus and Netflix is messed up.
Update 1: Netflix confirmed they are having network issues and there is an outage.
Update 2: Netflix says as long as the "We are currently experiencing issues streaming on some devices." message on their Support page is up, they are having issues.
