Just Moved In
We have been experiencing problem when trying to play a Netflix show or movie(doesn't matter which one) and it doesn't play and the screen just stays black! Please help!!

@MirandaH Sign out of Netflix, then restart your Optik tv receiver. Either via Menu>Settings> Restart or unplugging the power adapter. See if that corrects your issue.

I have the same issue. At least once a week. The screen is black but can hear Netflix play. Can’t get out of it. Have to unplug to reboot. It’s a real pain. Especially if you happen to be recording something.
Did you manage to get yours fixed?
