My issue about tv

HELLO,

 

There is a writting in my television since yesterday,I couldun't remove this writting and I couldn't watch tv.This writting is PLEASE WAIT WHILE WE ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

What can i do?

Please contact technical support @ 310-8324 (Opened 24hours, 7days a week), there might be something to verify and fix on your account (telus side)

 

did that error come when watching regular TV, or was it on a Video On Demand, or an application (Galaxie Musicroom, weather network, facebook ... )
