There is a writting in my television since yesterday,I couldun't remove this writting and I couldn't watch tv.This writting is PLEASE WAIT WHILE WE ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

did that error come when watching regular TV, or was it on a Video On Demand, or an application (Galaxie Musicroom, weather network, facebook ... )
