Hi there! Usually, a sequence reboot of your devices will fix this. Start from the modem > PVR > non-PVR boxes. Make sure that one device is fully rebooted before proceeding to the next one. This same error message happened to me last night.
I phoned Tech .Support and they fixed for me.
