Gift tv 3 month wait

I wish TELUS would have sent out an email with regard to the fact that there is a 3 month wait on the gift tv, I have not received any notifications about this as I read it was supposed to be 2-3 week time frame.

If it's been three months since that 2-3 week timeframe started, that would be around the time Covid-19 was picking up. There is a chance that may have delayed the TV. Your best bet is to contact Telus directly. No one on the forums here will have access to your account.
