Freezing

My Telus Optik keeps freezing.  I've tried intializing but it didn't help.

We'll be more than happy to help.

 

If you have tried rebooting your Optik tv box and it's still freezing, than I would highly recommend you give us a call at 310-TECH (8324).

 

Also it would help to provide the following info to an tech support agent:

 

1) Are all the Optik TV boxes freezing?

2) Is it happening on all channels?

3) Is it happening on recordings also?

4) When did it begin?

5) Is your internet service working?

6) Is this the first time that this is happening?
