Burnaby. All the other free-for-April channels work just fine. I spoke with Telus helpdesk by phone, after a bit of a wait - another modem and set-top reset didn't change anything, so now channel 821 has been forced on by subscribing to it, free for 30 days. Such fixes make me, a retired systems guy, cringe, but at least it now works.
