I'm a recent subscriber to FX Now Canada on Telus optik TV. Have watched season 1 and 2 of 'Snowfall' a good series but now want to watch season 3 as it should be available. On My Optik Tv It only show episode 10 of season 3 so whats up with that.
Sometimes episodes get missed from the lineup, but since some episodes of Season 3 are available, the others should be as well. Let's see if a Telus employee can provide an update.

Further more to the issues of watching "SNOWFALL" on FX now canada with Telus Optik TV. I went to
I logged in using my Telus Optik TV user name and password on the FX now Canada website and I am able to watch all the episodes of season 3 "SNOWFALL"
So Telus please explain to me why I can't do this on my TV. Why do I need to use my laptop to watch these programs when I am able to log into FX Canada using my telus log in info.
Wow and now its there. Its to bad it took me approximately 3 hours of my time contacting Telus by phone. Searching the internet for answers. There should be an easier way for a Telus subscriber to point out these kinds of problems. Upon speaking with two Telus customer service agents one billing and one tech they had no idea about this being a problem. Or how it could be resolved.
Keep the Neighbourhood in mind. It’s a very active community and can find answers or report things easily.
