They should be played on Sportsnet World which is a premium sports channel that costs an additional $17/month.

If you are talking about the FIFA Club World Cup which is on right now - from what I can tell the games are not available in Canada. And in North America they seem to only be available on streaming services such as FuboTV.  I can't find them on SN World or BeIN Sports.
