Are there problems with the Disney Channel and broadcast times on Sun morning?

I'm not sure where the problem is, but according to the Optik TV schedule, certain TV shows on the new Disney Channel on Sunday morning (1am to 6am) - namely Gamer's Guide - are off. This particular show never starts on time because I'm PVRing it and I lose 5-10mins at either end (start or end). Last Sunday, this TV show did not even play and I was up to see some other show take its place..
