Hello!
If you are still having issues with your TV quality. We would ask you to re-seat the video cable from your TV to the Optik receiver. Then, reboot the Optik receive by holding down the power button until it starts to flash. After the reboot, this should resolve your concern. If you are still having issues please contact our Technical Support team at telus.com/chat .

If this happens on all your tv, focus on the connection from the modem; reseat the ethernet and coax connections and make sure they're properly connected and tight. Reboot modem then reboot main box (pvr: 430) then reboot remaining stbs (330 box).
If this happens on that certain tv only, reseat the coax or ethernet connection from the settopbox/receiver and do the same thing on the other end, make sure they're properly connected and doesn't have any damage. Reseat the cables (i.e: hdmi, component, etc) connecting the tv and box. Than reboot the affected box.
