Access to Optix TV while out of the country

We spend time in the winter out of the country, yet continue to pay for TV, Internet and home phone costs. It would be good to have TV access when away....without any Data Roaming charges. We pay for the service, I'd like to be able to use it in Mexico.

You might to research a product called Slingbox. Works great with the Telus 6Mbps upload.

Otherwise I watch my local news by going to their website.

You might want to research the download speeds where you are staying. A hotel 25Mbps download connection at 10am can be 0.4Mbps at night with countless guests after dinner.... At those slow speeds... video are useless.

There is also Optik to go on Android/iOS devices where you watch a handful of stations LIVE.
