Just Moved In

When someone calls me and it goes to voicemail, they are prompted to enter a password. They cannot leave a message for me.

I recently changed my phone number online, but I specifically re-set up my mail box. Whats the issue and how can I fix it please?? ASAP

If you changed numbers recently there's a possibility that the voicemail hasn't been updated. Call Telus. They should be able to fix it pretty easily.

As Nighthawk mentioned, reach out to TELUS or tweet them @TELUSsupport  for assistance. Try test calling your number from  another line to verify the VM issue too.
