rate plan change and people who dont speak good english

ok here is the thing i had to go through quite a few people and my plan was changed 4-5 times im sure this is unacceptable

im sure people are lucky to work for telus but very dissapointed they cant understand anyways finally got my plan i wanted now am i gonna have a bunch of charges on my bill for all the mistakes??

has anyone else experienced this ??? and why do i loose service i have an S4 and have to restart my phone!!

Where do you lose service with your phone? Is if everywhere that you go with the device?

yes but calling customer care is crappy because most people are overseas and i have to call till i get an american or canadian or whatever

not some foreign person( im not racist) but telus needs to include english lessons with employment

and they better clear up the charges if any
