was lead to believe i could manage my mobility account online.  however, can not make changes to my rate plan.  i would need to phone in, sit on hold and talk to them directly. what a waste of time. a simple click online and done would be so much easier, but then telus wouldnt have the ability to upsell me.

Depending on what changes you were looking to make, TELUS online account can be used to do them.  Check out this link which has a video that highlights some of the features of their online account http://mobility.telus.com/en/BC/youraccount/index.shtml

Nope cant be done, i emailed them and was told i need to speak to them in person. been playing phone tag with then for 3 days.  last message was that they wont try calling again.   this couldve been done already if they had a modern website.   why is this so hard to do telus????
