I am having no trouble this morning. Sometimes there is server work done over night, and some parts of the system do not work. IF you are still having problems, provide some more detail, and possibly we can help you further.

Which web site are you using?

There is a new site for My Account as well as the old My Account Classic site. Both work for me.


Which browser and version are you using?


When you say it doesn't open for you what page are you on and where are you clicking?


It's hard to help when we don't know what exactly you are having problems with.
